    You and your furry best friend are invited to join the Roanoke Police Department at our city's first Paw Watch drop-in dog party. 5:00 - 6:30 PM: DOG PARTY Location: Highland Park - Free dog family photos (album will be shared on the city's Facebook page following the event) - Halloween Costumes Encouraged - Complimentary Paw Watch Dog Bandana - Free Stormwater Pet Bag Dispensers 6:30 - 7:30 PM: COMMUNITY MEETING Location: Alexander Gish House, 641 Walnut, beside Highland Dog Park - Meet law enforcement officials to learn more about how you can help prevent criminal activity in your neighborhood Paw Watch is a new crime prevention program designed to encourage neighbors to assist law enforcement by being extra eyes and ears while walking their pets.
