The Roanoke Public Libraries have over 15 meeting rooms available for public or private not for profit civic, charitable, cultural, educational or intellectual organizations. Some spaces may be used by for profit groups and after library operating hours; please see our facility use policy for more information.
After you submit the request, you will receive an email stating the request is pending. Library staff will review the request and you will receive an email when the the room request has been processed.
Need to cancel an existing room request? Either call the library or simply cancel online using your confirmation number.
